Kristi and Graham Rogney are avid hunters that hunt all over the world. We enjoy hunting upland game, waterfowl, and big game. We are life members of SCI, FNAWS, CA FNAWS, Pheasants Forever, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, CA Houndsmen and the NRA. Members of DU and NAVHDA.
We got our first Griff, Boo, in 2007 from Dick Byrne of Flatbrook Sporting Dogs. Since that time, we have become active in promoting our breed in the field, in hunt tests and in the ring.
We hunt with our dogs first and foremost- keeping them on birds at least once a week hunting pheasant, ducks, geese or chukar when in season or training when it’s not. We test our dogs in both NAVHDA and AKC events.
We compete in the show ring as well. We actively participate in the competitive West Coast show circuit, primarily in Northern California. Our dogs are presented by Amy Rutherford and team.
